  1. Please contact the Human Resources department. They will provide you with a consent form that you must sign for activation. We also require a personal email address for communication purposes.
  2. The Human Resources department will activate your personal locker. You will then receive an email with a link to activate your account.
  3. Register with your email adress and a password of your choice on the platform www.mypeopledoc.com. You will find a detailed explanation in these step-by-step instructions.
  4. Start enjoying all the benefits of digital payslips right away.

How secure are my documents in the electronic locker?

Your data is protected by modern encryption technologies. Only you have access to your e-locker – no one else can view your personal documents.

Can I also store private files?

Yes. In addition to the documents provided by the HR department, you can also use your e-locker for your own documents – for example, references, contracts or even holiday photos. This means you have everything safely stored in one place.

How much storage space do I have available?

You have up to 10 GB of personal storage space at your disposal. You can upload and manage files in all common formats.

How do I activate my e-locker?

It's simple: just contact the HR department and sign the consent form for digital payslips. All you have to do is hand in the form to the HR
department, including your preferred email address for communication and activation. You will then receive an activation link by email.

What happens to my documents when I leave the company?

Even after you leave, your access will remain unchanged. You can continue to access your stored documents and use your e-locker for your
personal files.
